Shipping Policy

Our delivery time is 2-4 Business days (Check the table).
Larger Products such as Pools and Lazy-Z-Spa have extra 3-5 business days for preparing to ship.

Return Policy

You have 14 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.

Return Delivery will be charged and deducted from the item price, any shipping cost will be paid in full based on your location. The returned products should be satisfying our assessment and validation process.

Funds can be refunded by Bank Transfer or Vodafone Cash, After receiving your order by 3rd party courier it may take from 10-21 business days for a refund if assessment process is successful. 

Conditions of returns:

• Defective Products or Manufacture Problems
• Product not as described on the website

We do not accept any returns if:

• The product sealed package is unwrapped or opened.
• The product has been used.

Pools & Lazy-Z-Spa Warranty

Our Pools and Lazy-Z-Spa comes with a 6-month Warranty, with the requirement of getting our technician installing the pools. Our Technician cost for installation is based on your location and on the product, as soon as you place an order we will reach out in 24 hours to plan delivery and installation for you.
